Introduction

Spykio is like a marketplace for ideas, where you can partially sell your ideas.

By adding your idea, you keep 20% of all future revenue, on approval of your idea you immediately get A $5 reward, and upon successful funding, you get an additional $50 Reward deposited to your account (or 2% of the funding amount, whichever is higher

Taxation

All revenue generated from your investments is subjected to taxation in the country of residence. It is the users' responsibility to declare this extra income to the proper services. In most cases these taxes will be seen as capital gain taxes and will be taxed accordingly.

Project ownership

Users who submitted the Idea will own 20% of it and will receive compensation as such. 10% of the project and all of its revenue will be owned by spykio. The other 70% of the project will be divided between all investors of the project according to the number of shares they bought. 

Information that is gathered from visitors

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of visit.

Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.

Where registration is required, the visitor's email and a username will be stored on the server.

How the Information is used

The information is used to enhance the visitor's experience when using the website to display personalized content and possibly advertising.

E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.

E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us or our affiliates.
